Fault number F003639139

Is this still due to be "reviewed" on the 21st December? I see you have put my bill up by a couple of pounds even though I can't use the damn thing!

 

If its not fixed by the end of 2016 I'm cancelling my contract.

Speed test just done now is 2mbps download and 2.70 upload.

'Mya' on twitter for virgin media has just said this issue was resolved on the 22nd November! I replied with a picture of my speed being 0.48mbps. Im cancelling my contract tomorrow.
