Fault causing bad speed, would an upgrade solve

I have an outstanding fault due to overusage / subscription in my area, currently on 100mb and get about 5mb, if i went for 200mb would that increase the speed at all?

No! you will put yourself in a new contract and they will gladly fraudulently sell it to you.

You'd just be paying more for a couple of meg' at best. If your area is over subscribed, upgrading won't help.

No don't, whatever you do don't give them any more money as they will gladly take it off you..

You will still get the same speed.

They are a bunch of crooks most dishonest company i have ever had the dis pleasure of dealing with..
