Fault F003746202

This fault has been going on now for 16months with another review date 03/08/16 I highly doubt things are going to get any better.

Fantastic 200mb connection.

Re: Fault F003746202

If its been going on that long try using the info in my signature. Sign up to speedtest dot net, and keep a record of all you tests, also get a thinkbroad band monitor going, the more tangible evidence you get the better your case.

Re: Fault F003746202

They are telling me that the issue is "fixed". Anyone else believe this is "fixed" ?

Re: Fault F003746202

Hi Sam,

Actually, things have been much better lately. I didn't know whether it was a pure fluke or whether something had actually been done about this.

I'll keep monitoring the speeds and let you know if there are any further issues.....

Re: Fault F003746202

@ Sam

I'm the original poster and can I just clarify that this fault was closed but was never was fixed! I had review date after review date and it's been ongoing now for 26months maybe more.I also asked another forum staff member about this Jen_A and was told a different Fault ref: F004742956 so how can Virgin say it's closed when it wasn't even fixed and why change the fault reference number!

My download utilisation has got worse not better and now my upload speed is effected with utilisation.

Re: Fault F003746202

If VM are 100% at fault, utilisation (over subscribing) is their problem, then make a formal complaint with VM, after 8 weeks if its not resolved take it to CISAS, follow my simple guide to make it easier.

You can, if you provide enough evidence to CISAS you can get up to, if not more than 50% of your BB costs.

Hit them in their pocket not yours.

Good luck

Regards
