Just received an e-mail saying next review date is 23/11/2017. This is now beyond a joke 14 months till next review date is surely not acceptable. I am only getting 2Mb after 17:00 and only about 60Mb at the best of times
You also get to leave penalty free because of the price increase coming up soon. Not 100% sure how many days you get either side of the increase, but it's part of the contract that when the prices go up, you can either stay on, or leave without fees.
I would assume November 2017 is an typo error (even if it's the likely date It may be fixed by). Review dates normally follow the 3 monthish pattern.

I am also from the S65 area.. I wondered what the hell was wrong with my broadband, nobody ever told me about this.. I pay for 100mb as I have for the past few years and only ever get 6-7mbs for most of the day. I want the credit I am entitled to because this is ridiculous
