Can anyone tell me whether this fault in the HP3 area is still in existence. I spoke to someone in billing the other day, on an unrelated matter, and they told me that there was no utilisation issues in my area- but I'm not at all convinced.
That would be an understatement! At peak hours, the speed plummets to 5mpbs, sometimes lower, and sometimes the internet connection fails completely.
I am not convinced that the review dates actually mean anything. This area has been bad for years apparently, with review date after review date after review date - surely what is required is actually some upgrading of the network such that the problem is fixed?
