Can anyone tell me whether this fault in the HP3 area is still in existence. I spoke to someone in billing the other day, on an unrelated matter, and they told me that there was no utilisation issues in my area- but I'm not at all convinced.

Could a forum agent clarify please?

Re: F3487020

Afternoon jra505,

Thanks for taking the time to post on the community.

I've taken a look at the fault reference number you gave (F003487020), this is in relation to high peak time traffic in your area and has a review date of 1st March.

Are you having issues with your broadband speeds during peak hours?

I'm sorry for the delay and inconvenience caused.

Regards

Sam

Re: F3487020

Hi,

That would be an understatement! At peak hours, the speed plummets to 5mpbs, sometimes lower, and sometimes the internet connection fails completely.

I am not convinced that the review dates actually mean anything. This area has been bad for years apparently, with review date after review date after review date - surely what is required is actually some upgrading of the network such that the problem is fixed?
