F004740559 / Newbury

Hi.
I'm experiencing speed problems since 12.11.2016. Before this problem I can easily see 60/70 Mbps. But now it's maximum 15/20 Mbps and I can't watch online programs. VM call center said it'll be solved until 30.11.2016.

Does anyone know what is the problem and why it can take this long to solve it?

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing.

 

I can see that we're currently working on a fault in your area under ref: F004740559 which is due for review on the 18th Jan. This fault can be responsible for reducing speeds, especially during peak time hours (evenings and weekends).
