the promised call by Complaints Response Team after 48 hours (a call promised by 150 two days ago) was not received today. Would you please follow-up, and ensure that I get a call tomorrow?

Broadband broke off a couple of times today (22Mar17), and is now performing at VERY slow speed.
The machine is wired into the rooter (i.e. not on WiFi), no other downloads running.
Looking forward to the call-back by LG/VM's complaints team tomorrow.
