The speed after dinner is still terrible, the most I've had is 30mbps where in the eearlyhours iIget 200+

I've located your account and the fault reference F004169512 has been closed and should no longer be an issue. I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Downstream that will need to be adjusted by a technician.
