Re: F004161864

Be wary chat follows scripts, BUT Ralph previously said work around September and chat saying end of August it could be a good sign.

I don't think the forum team will have any additional information other than work still scheduled around September I'm afraid,
We'll see when you get a reply.

Re: F004161864

Hi dazza5971

Thanks for posting back on the community.

In regards to the high peak time traffic fault, the review date is showing as 31st August.

We will have more updates nearer this date.

One of my colleagues will be in touch shortly with more information in regards to this issue.

Regards

Sam

Re: F004161864

Hi Darryl,

I've checked this for you and can see that the fault resolution date has been extended and our engineers are still working on the issue. The new review date has been changed to 28th September, 2016 and the latest information on this fault is:

We are undertaking some upgrades to support the increased demand for our services in your area. When completed, any slow broadband speeds and buffering on TiVo apps you may be experiencing (particularly at peak times) will be resolved.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this causes.

Kind regards,

Re: F004161864

Hi,

My hub is now connecting to 9 downstream channels, is this correct? I have also had 2,3 & 4 upstream channels on various restarts, has upgrade work started?

Many thanks,

Darryl.

Re: F004161864

The amount of channels your hub locks in to is based on your CMTS so it looks like it's been changing.

9 seems an odd number though, 10/12/16/20 are the common numbers after 8 but I'm not sure what restrictions there are.

Same applies to upload.
