Hi,

Please could someone at VM provide an update for fault F004127409 ?

Last message was "F004127409 has a new review date of 11/01/2017"

Would like to know if the work is under way, postponed or time to move on to another provider?

Yes that is my fear as well.

Its already been moved about 5 times. If its moved again, I need to bite the bullet and move on unfortunately.

It's a 1-2 week response time on the forums currently (from your last post).


As it's only ever a REVIEW date and not a fix date I would assume the review has happened and a new review date will be given 3-4 months down the line, following the current trend.

Very true.

I did call support last month to cancel and they said why not wait until the 11/01/2017 as it should be fixed then. They also said new cables need to be laid due to the over utilisation. As I've never seen any Virgin vans/workmen or evidence of work, I am doubtful it will be done.

Phone staff will say fix dates due to scripts. It's just a review date from them too no matter what they say

I just called support and they now inform me fault F004127409 has been pushed back to 26/04/2017.
Time to leave and find another provider

I believed them when they said it would be fixed this time. I've cancelled my service today.
