Hi - I'm looking to come back to Virgin but left because of over subscribing in the CR6 area.

Was wondering if F003562493 has been fixed yet?

Great to hear that you're thinking of coming back to us! I've checked the fault ticket you've provided and I can confirm that fault has been closed. I'd have to test the area to be sure on the usage.

Good news then! So hopefully that's cured the over subscribed problem Warlingham, Surrey was having - CR6 9RT

I do hope the issue associated with the original fault is indeed fixed. As a note of caution - and as Heather mentioned - you would be strongly advised to get written confirmation that all is good i.e. that the same oversubscription fault hasn't re-emerged under a different number...a scenario, unfortunately, that is more common in this forum than you'd think. Good luck!
