F003478328 Fixed?

Got a PM stating the fault has been reported as resolved, fantastic i thought off i went to run a quick speed test to see if i can break the 5Mbps..

You want believe it I can!!

Oh well didnt think a 5Mbps increase would be classed as a fix.

Only in vm's world.

Hi Siki,

did your message read like mine does below which i also received around teat time?

"Just a quick message to update you in regards to the current fault F003478328. This is now reported as resolved and you should start to notice an improvement in your speeds, If you encounter any further speed issues please post back on the forum"

My Speeds where great upto 6 oclock tonight then back down to between 5mb and 10mb, currently closer to 5mb now, i spoke to virgin media tech support and 45 mins later they are now telling me that the above fault is fixed but there is a new issue, its called SNR which is due to be fixed between now and 24/01/17, they said when this is fixed i will see an improvement, after 13 months of over utilisation i dont hold much hope Smiley Sad

just completely brassed off after 13 months Smiley Sad
