Call on 150 free from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 and ask for a credit adjustment, as this fault dates back more than one year

Sorry to read that you are still affecting by the high peak time traffic fault.
The review date for this is showing as 28th December. I can see that one of my colleagues has been in touch regarding this issue.

I've checked the network and the current review date for fault ref.(F003286860) is 1st January 2018.
