Extremely slow speeds at night - Area 26

Hi,

I have a Gamer VIVID 200MB package and since the beginning of this new year we've been noticing our speeds drop below 4mbps (speedtest to Glasgow server) after 10-11PM. We've been unable to do things like stream netflix on our TV, never mind playing games.

I really have no use for this package if this keeps on happening every day. Any admin would like to give an insight on this problem or any date for when it'll be fixed?

BBQM from yesterday for reference, notice how the packet loss occurs post 8pm and increases as night goes on:

Speedtest, wired, Macbook Pro mid-2015 using official apple thunderbolt to ethernet adapter. (1gbps) connected to Superhub2ac in modem mode:

Good luck with this. I saw your post at Thinkbroadband.

The frustration of being told that there are no issues in your network, when you know that an impending upgrade will probably solve your problem, must be hard to bear.

I truly hope that the staff here can offer you a work-around to restore your faith in VM.

Looking at your connection, there is an issue with high peak time traffic in your area, with reference number F005090422.
