for about 5 days I have been experiencing extremely slow internet speed. I live in area 20. Please can you advise/help, as if this carries on I am seriously considering changing provider and requesting a refund, one of my sons needs to do college course work, so I am not happy
Sorry to hear that you're getting slow speeds at the moment, I know this can be inconvenient.
Have you been able to run a speed test yet? If not, please go to speedtest.net and run a test from there. Ideally we would like to see results from a hard-wired connection, if you don't have an Ethernet cable, let me know.
Please get back to us with some speed test results so we can see what we're working with.
