Virgin Media broadband worked fine until a couple days ago, and now it's horrendously slow. There are no faults listed in my neighbourhood (SE16) and I've used Virgin Media's online 'fix' service several times, but it remains terrible. I've pasted a picture of my broadband speed below. Would appreciate any help available!

I've located your account and I can't see any issues with the network in your area causing your speed issues. I can, however, see a few issues with your signal levels that will need to be adjusted by a technician.
