Extremely slow broadband

Extremely slow broadband..then there's the customer service that's worse.. pointless time wasting tactics.. any help welcome as to how to get message through to fix problem with slow speed.. thanks

Good luck i have had the same proble for 10 weeks nothing has been done even hot told that i do not need wireless so i asked can i buy an ethernet cable to my phone. The problem is when your stuck in a contract they have u even my services have gone up and not working. When i purchased was told it would be £26 for 12 months then £36 after that i am paying £46 for this terrible service. Good luck with your fault hope its fixed faster than mine that is still not working Smiley Sad Anne
