im on 100mb had the same problem in september call customer services and was told i need an engineer to come out. so take a day off work for the engineer to come out and tell me that all equipment is fine. major issues to network in my area was to blame and will be fixed 7/10/16
well now the problem has returned. is there new work going on in my area again ?
