Extremely Slow internet - SE25

Hi been have this problem for the 3 or 4 days now 

im on 100mb had the same problem in september call customer services and was told i need an engineer to come out. so take a day off work for the engineer to come out and tell me that all equipment is fine. major issues to network in my area was to blame and will be fixed 7/10/16

well now the problem has returned. is there new work going on in my area again ?

can someone from virgin look at this for me

I have picked up an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds at peak times - Ref(F004513165). Our technicians are working to get this resolved as soon as possible and have set a review date of 25th January 2017.

Hi Josh

I gave up waiting for a reply yesterday and phone up technical support and was told that the problem would be fixed

on the 3rd of december 2016.

So was i lied to last night ?

The review date may have been updated between last night and now or it could be misinformation. The date on the ticket is currently 25th January 2017.

Hi

 So after living with bad broadbands speeds for 3 month now 1 to 3mb and the router constantly restting itself.

can't ever use my netflix or now tv. so that a waste of my money

make numerous phone calls to customer services which does get you any where, not even a discount on my account

can some please tell me if this problem is ever going to be fix in this area
