Extreme Utilisation, latency and packet loss (Manchester)
For the last 7 years or so I've been in an area of M41 Manchester (area code 20) which suffered some utilisation. On year one is around 50% of 150Mb during peak times. Now it's down to 5Mb max up and down Monday-Friday 4PM-Midnight and all weekend hours.
I literally can't do much with this connection and I'm wondering why it's taking so long to fix as year on year - it's getting worse!
Here's my BQM using an Intel Puma SH3 which exacerbates things too

Sorry to see the problems with your connection, I know it's been on-going for sometime and can be really frustrating. I can see the peak time fault in your area under ref: F004144676 is being reviewed on the 15th Nov, but please keep in touch and we will happily keep an eye on the fault ticket.
