Experiencing very slow speeds for last few weeks

Over the last three or four weeks my bandwidth has been significantly reduced at peak time.

See the graphs below:

As you can see at peak times the speed is dropping below 10Mbps in some instances on a 100Mbps connection.  I can accept some contention and traffic management but clearly this is unacceptable and isn't a reasonable service for what I am paying for.

Please can this be investigated.  Thanks.

From checking your connection, there is an issue with high peak time traffic in your area which is causing slow speeds, with reference number F005090169.
