Over the last three or four weeks my bandwidth has been significantly reduced at peak time.

As you can see at peak times the speed is dropping below 10Mbps in some instances on a 100Mbps connection. I can accept some contention and traffic management but clearly this is unacceptable and isn't a reasonable service for what I am paying for.
