Erratic speeds after upgrade from Fibre50 to Vivid200

We have recently upgraded from Fibre50 to Vivid200 & an engineer visited to fit a TiVo box. Our download speeds are now very erratic. On Fibre 50 i used to get a rock solid 50Mbps at all times of the day but now speeds can vary from anywhere between 30 & 225Mbps - becoming very erratic in the evening.

I know the network can get congested at peak times but something doesn't seem quite right here as download speeds are now often slower in the evening on Vivid200 than they used to be on Fibre50.

Here are some speedtest.net results taken in quick succession last evening using a wired connection. Download (Mbps): 42, 64, 34, 92, 41, 147, 32, 140, 97, 213. Ping 17-23ms. Upload 12 Mbps. Results using wireless devices are even more all over place.

We've also had the occasional error message on our TiVo box in the evenings (W02 "There is a problem with the signal on this channel").

I include my superhub stats below. Any help much appreciated.

Your downstream power levels are too high. This will need fixing. Did you ever have a forward path attenuator attached anywhere?

Thanks for reply. Not to my knowledge - the superhub has always been connected directly to the wall socket with a standard piece of cable.

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you're getting poor speeds. I've just checked your connection and can see that there is currently a SNR fault open in your area. This is under ticket F005084164 and is estimated to close today (15/02) at 6pm. 

SNR faults can affect your power levels so even once the fault is closed it'd be worth posting your power levels again and we can re check for you.
