I am on 150 Mpbs and most nights now I'm lucky to receive 10 Mpbs. Apart from broadband I'm getting buffering on television whilst watching netflix. Spoke to customer services on Sunday who had asked me to call back if problem persists. Spent a very unsatisfactory 1 hour 30 mins trying to contact customer services last night. I've been a customer for years and seriously considering leaving now due to poor service.
