I am sorry you are having problems lag. The DHCP entry in the modem log is not a fault by the way it is just down to the way we implement the IP rebind process and does not normally cause a problem. Your line and hub parameters are looking good, area historical performance is good, there are a few peaks of high traffic at busy times and if you hit one of these it may slow you down a bit but overall the traffic level is not at a point where we would escalate it. Do you notice that this tends to happen more at peak times, eg in the evening? Does this happen from wired devices or wireless?
