Our virgin media has been playing up for the last couple of weeks... I thought maybe it was our devices getting slow but after a couple of speed tests that I've conducted today they are showing at 0.5mb and 0.4, when we pay atleast £50 a month for super fast 150mb! This is seriously not acceptable! our area is particularly bad for telephone signal so struggle to get hold of anyone or use anything without wifi, I'm only just able to post this using my 4G which no doubt will drop any minute... And whilst I understand Internet isn't everything, I wouldn't pay money each month for a service I'm not getting fully! Please virgin, sort this out, and soon, not in the middle of December like others seemed to have been told!
