Don't believe a VirginMedia review date!!!!

Why can't Virgin Media give customers a fault fix date!!. My area fault been going for 2 years and they don't give a damn. should be 156mb only get 5mb on a good day!!!

Total garbage service!!!

Surely each support ticket has an SLA?

Or does everything just breach?

Do they not have a service delivery manager and problem manager to look at these? Surely all our individual tickets get combined into one master problem record for a particular area?

Or do they just use paper and pens for ITIL systems?

Nope, as each fault is local to each cable. Fixing one does not fix another, so pointless grouping. The 'area' codes cover multiple cities. In each cities there will be multiple cables that need fixing.
