Contracts

Hello...

I have had to have a new contract because I changed my non-contact service because of poor internet speed.

Why when paying you in contract and months after it finished, then still wanting to pay you but less for a 'better service' do you need a new contract?

I think I have answered my own question.........I dont have to.........

Shame VM was the best service and customer service by far...but who would want to have a previous customer who is unhappy have to enter a new contract because the service is bad.

Re: Contracts

Hi ccseac,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been re-contracted due to downgrading your services Smiley Sad

Whenever you re-neogiate a deal, a new contract term follows.

If you downgraded due to a speed issue then it may of been better to allow us to resolve the speed issue you were having instead. Have you reported this issue to us before via the helpline? If so what did the agents say?

Come back and let us know.

Thanks,
