I currently pay for the 200mb package. For the first 6 months it was fine but it has slowly been dropping and dropping until now, where I now have an appalling speed.
Can anyone offer any suggestions? For the record, I work in the IT industry, programming and network administration for that fact but these things, as far as I can see are totally out of my control... Image of current speed attached for reference. BD10 area FYI.
Welcome to the club. As you will see by these forums, its not uncommon! BD12 here, we should be getting 200, get a fraction of that during evenings and weekends (as low as 0.2 quite regularly). Over utilised area. Been like this for about 9 months now here give or take with the next "review" date of April 2017.
