Consistently slow broadband speeds

For over 3 months we have been experiencing slow wifi speeds and virgintechnical keep making changes, however speeds are still slow.

What can I do to get virgin to listen, the new idea is to turn my router off on a regular basis, but even after the last call at most I'm getting 37mb connection although paying for 200.

Can virgin sort this annoying issue out!
