Sorry to hear that your experiencing slow broadband speeds.
I've run some checks on your broadband connection, the line and the hub have come back as fine which is good. However high peak time traffic in your area is causing the slow speeds you have been experiencing. Our networks team are investigating the problem and are improving bandwidth and performance to help with this issue. The reference number is F003313373 and with a review date of 18th November.
For further updates, by all means post back here nearer the date and we'll gladly check this for you.
I am still experiencing very slow internet speed on an evening. It seems fine during the day (less busy times) but every evening it is consistently slow. I am still getting speeds in the region of 4-5Mb
I am finding this very frustrating and would like to know if it is getting resolved.
Thanks for getting back to us. I've had a check on fault ticket F003313373 for peak time contention. The ticket updates show that we are still waiting on a date for work to go ahead so the estimated review date has been rescheduled for 16/12/2015. If you are able to bump the thread around this date we can check for any further information.
I noticed that there was also a ticket open a few days ago for intermittent service F004036608. This was due to SNR issues which appear to have now been resolved. Apologies for any intermittent connection you may have experienced.
