I'm on Vivid 100 and for a while have been consistently been receiving about a tenth of the service that is advertised. Below is an example of three speed tests, taken at 3 different parts of the day with a direct wired connection to the Virgin router.

First test was on 27/10, Second on 30/10, Third 01/11.
Spread out the tests into morning, noon and night but other tests i've done yield similar results. Occasionally the download speeds will hit 40-50Mbps, but then will go through periods of a reduction back down to 10-20Mbps. The upload speeds usually stay under 1500kbps, often showing to be under 1Mbps.

I have taken a look at your account and it looks as though your Downstream Power levels could do with some adjustments. Everything else is looking good in terms of the area.
