Connectivity Problems - Review Power Levels

I'm currently unable to stream music without it cutting out.  Could someone please review the levels below to see if there's a problem?  It's across multiple devices and music services.

I have reset the hub many times, and nothing seems to solve the problem.

The downstream levels look fine, but one of the upstreams is almost above the threshold. The maximum power is 53.00, and yours is showing 52.50. It may be reaching 53 at times which would cause problems. Someone from VM will respond within the next 7 days and arrange an engineer visit, if the power level is the cause of the problem.

Sorry to read you are experiencing intermittent broadband connection.


I've taken a look into this and the upstream power level is currently too high. For this I can arrange an engineer appointment to adjust this for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
