I have been having problems with my Internet connection for the past few weeks, and over the last 3 days or so it has gotten almost unusable. Constant time outs loading Webpages and slow speeds even when it is working. Everytime I check my service status it says everything should be fine, I run the test and it doesn't get to 100% before changing to the 'we're trying to sort it out for you' page. But nothing changes.
I understand that faults occur and accept the odd downtime, but this is getting ridiculous now. I would appreciate some help.
