Connection drops or slow speed since 22th of may.

Hi I am customer of your service of 200 mb/s plus this option what's make upload speed unlimited I had same issue before upgrade from 150 to 200 mb/s and for 1 week I had 200 mb/s I went on holiday. when I come back I had same speed as 6mb/s Download and 20mb/s Upload. Also I spend like £30 to call many time like every day for over a month to just help me with it only what I get was losing this money so think how I am **bleep** off but as you can see I am patient so I was waiting till now. I spoke with BT and they also offer service unlimited as you so you can see that I will leave your company but as I didn't try forum before so I could say it's like a last chance.

I can't login in this new router even after reset button so its impossible but on my mobile and also both pc I get same speed.5739104984

5739117724P.S. Most of the time movie with resolution 360p are buffering but with speed what I paying or maybe I should write payed it depends I should watch 4k WITHOUT any buffer.

Hello I've done some investigation and I noticed that sometimes in "Modem Mode" I rich speed like 220mb/s download and same upload speed as it's above but most of the time I still get same speed so when it was 200mb/s videos in 4k on youtube was not buffering even was downloaded more (I mean this grey bar what is stand for downloaded data so if you loss connection so you still can watch this part.) but when it's slow down I got problem with 360p.

Now I got few questions.

1) I will get my own Router (When I was looking why its work better in modem mode I found that this router it's not worth a penny. What many people do is      just use their own router so I will do same). Is it better to buy modem as well or router it's more than enough?

2) What router can I pair with Superhub 3.0?

3) Now I got new router so probably some times I reach 200mb/s but most of the time my speed will be lower than upload speed what can I do with it ?

4) If answer for question 3 was to book appointment with engineer so can I do it by forum as think about call them make me sick.

p.s When I will have more time I will check if I still got disconnection from games or drop packet.

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know about your drops in connection I apologise for any inconvenience.

 

I have tested things from here and everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of the power levels are within the preferred ranges.

 

Are you still having these issues? If so, please respond to me here with a recent copy of your Hubs logs for me to compare with the data we have here and I'll look into this further for you.
