Connection and slow speed

I am absolutely fed up now of the ridiculously slow speeds by VM. Every time I want to stream Netflix it just buffers! I pay stupid money already for 100mbps and I am currently seeing only 10mbps!! I have reset my router countless times and have had it tested! VM you are useless and need to sort this! You are already ripping people off with your prices for your packages! Please just sort this out!

If you are just looking to vent, job done.

If on the other hand , you want your connection fixed, or worst case scenario, told that's as good as it gets, we will need some more information.

How are you testing the speed that it comes out at 10MBps?  A PC with a known gigabit NIC hardwired to the hub using CAT5E cable? A phone 3 rooms away over Wi-Fi on 2.4 Ghz?

Let us know, we can point you the right way.
