Can anyone from Virgin HELP?

I have been monitoring my speeds since January and most of the time I can't complain, however in these last few weeks my speed has dropped significantly to a very disappointing 15 to 25mbps.....WOW!

being that I am paying for 100Mbps will my bill be reduced by a quarter or can someone actually fix this annoying fault?
