CISAS Adjudication Reference 212161264 and 'fault' F002896495

I refer to CISAS case reference 212161264.

I received a letter today from the Executive Team regarding the Adjudicators decision and settlement of the above case.

I have just been on the telephone speaking to Customer Services and Customer Care. Neither of the operators I spoke to would transfer me to the Complaints Team to discuss this.

Please can you advise a member of the Executive Team to contact me regarding this matter or, alternatively, PM me with the geographic number for the Executive Team (not 0345) and I will ring them directly.

This complaint has gone on long enough and I want a resolution to my satisfaction not Virgin Media's.

First bartman, now you.

CISAS seems to work its magic Smiley Happy

If you ring up, go to 'thinking of leaving us' or ask to speak to cancellations. That should get you to someone not reading a script.

Thanks Shaf,

I did select 'thinking of leaving us'. From there I was passed to Customer Care. I didn't ask for cancellations or retentions, just the Complaints Team or Exec Team. Hence my frustration.

0345 numbers are treated exactly the same as geographic numbers (same call cost and included in any free/inclusive minutes) unlike the old 0845 numbers.

Hi ian-c,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been having an issue getting through to the Executive team.

I can see since posting you have been able to speak with the team regarding your complaint and things are now resolved.

If you need further assistance with this, then speaking to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 will get you through to the correct team to help.

Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help.

Thanks,

Hi, can you private message me re CISAS.

I also had a successful case against VM but post ruling their treatment of me is far from acceptable.

Can I see how you've got on?
