Hi there, my connection in the CF24 area is currently unusable and has been since Sunday afternoon. I am receiving huge amounts of packet loss as shown below:
Please can this be looked into as I suspect this to be an area fault and my neighbours are having similar issues.

I have tested things from here and I couldn't see anything out of the ordinary! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs. All of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.
You're area cable also tested well, showing no errors or load issues when tested.
Are you still having these issues? If so, how are you connected, wired or wireless?
Could you please provide a trace route from within command prompt for me to take a look at in your response here.
