One speed test is Virgin, The other is 02 3G! Which ones faster
I just want working bloody internet at the parents house. Been like this since Nov 2014, I'm sick of chasing this useless company. Can't make package changes without being tied into another contract. Yer well done Virgin!
Far to much greed and not investing in the network. Utter crap. Excuse after excuse. We are busy planing upgrades. Well what has taken you 2 years, BT have done in 2 months!
Why is it they can do this and you can't? You just leave your loyal customers to suffer. I'm surprised your still legally allowed to sell and call this broadband.
I am also in Bromley, this VM broadband is a rip-off, ever-increasing costs with bogus claims of speed increase.... and in reality, a service which is not as described. Surely most other products would not legally be able to be marketed on this basis. How do Virgin Media get away with this scam ??

I've taken a look into this and there is a high peak time traffic fault reported in your area. Our engineers are working on this to improve bandwidth with a reference number of F005313897 and has a review date of 30th August.
I honestly still can't believe this issue is ongoing, but it is, even after being told a few months ago all is resolved under the original ticket (F003259558), hahaha pigs have flown! Now we just have the same issue under a new ticket, guess the network team got bored with a 3 year old fault ticket right?
I'm honestly glad I have a spare BT line just so I can have working broadband in the evening! I think of which Virgin Media should actually fund me for it, as the BB is part of the TV & Phone bundle!
So here's my fantastic 100mb connection which currently has a download speed of 0.4 mbps.
