I have a vivid 200 package and my speed is <50 is this normal?
How are you connecting wired or wirelessly?If wireless, try wired directly to the hub with a Cat 5e cable or better with a device equiped with a gigabit ethernet network card.
Tried with a cat 5 no help speed is the same. Tested wirelessly when engineer installed 150+ now < 50 still ;(.
