Broardband Speed

Hi

 

I have a vivid 200 package and my speed is <50 is this normal?

How are you connecting wired or wirelessly?

If wireless, try wired directly to the hub with a Cat 5e cable or better with a device equiped with a gigabit ethernet network card.

Tried with a cat 5 no help speed is the same. Tested wirelessly when engineer installed 150+ now < 50 still ;(.

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with your broadband connection being slow, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have run some checks from here and I can see a lot of time outs inside the Hubs logs, I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate this further for you.
