Broadband

Hi, broadband unusable from about 6pm every night....phoned virgin today only to be told there is a major fault with an estimated fix in June.... there is no fault showing in service status, can't believe that virgin think this is acceptable....

Would you like me to find out more about this fault for you? I'll also re-test your connection just to make sure there's nothing else causing a problem. Thanks for getting back to me with that information Smiley Happy

Your Hub is reporting high upstream power levels and there are no corresponding issues on the network segment. So I shall need to arrange for an engineer to take a look.
