Broadband stops/very slow after 7pm

Hello,

Can someone help please?

Our internet is extremely slow/stops in the evening every day.  It's on from 7am until 9pm everyday is fine until the evening.  We've tried resetting the modem etc but nothing helps.

I've located your account and run diagnostics on your equipment.

 

At the moment, everything is looking quite healthy on this end. There are no issues with the network in your area and your levels are all within spec.

 

Are you connected wired or wirelessly?
