Broadband still not fixed

Today I received a message saying that the fault causing my slow broadband has been fixed. My response is:

Read this message 17:45 on the 7 December 17. So checked my broadband speed at that time. It was 45 Megabits! This is an improvement but only slight and nowhere near the 200 Megabits advertised.
Is this your definition of fixed?

Thanks for posting MarkP59 and I'm sorry for the connection trouble experienced,

 

I've had a look into this for you and it appears that a separate fault ticket has been raised relating to this under the reference F005452366, with a review currently set for 27 DEC 2017.

 

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused,
