Broadband speed

I am really fed up with paying for 200Mb and for months we have only had connection speeds of around 12Mbps, I have had 2 engineers out in last few months and the problem is still there. We never get compensated for down time, I think I might as well reduce our service to the slow speed, so I'm not paying for nothing.

Phone 150 from a VM phone and go to retentions, ask for a credit, as you're not getting what you have paid for.

They are not forthcoming with credits until you ask for them.
