Broadband speed

Over last few days have had trouble viewing BBC TV and i Player and also TV anywhere on my Mac desktop. Ran a speed test several times and i am only getting download speeds of between 3 and 9 Mbps and upload speeds of 7 and 11. I am supposed to have 150 through a super hub and i have an ethernet cable from the hub directly into the Mac. Why am i paying for 150 when i don't seem to get anywhere near that? or do i only get that speed on a Sunday at 4.00am?

Your downstream levels are showing a bit on the low side as well as the signal to noise ratios, this more than likely will require a tech visit you can wait a forum admin to arrange or call broadband support via 151 / 0345 454 1111

hiya @NickBow Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 clicking router status top right [no need to login] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it..

Didn't really need that, when going to hub page should be text for router status that will give info about downstream, upstream etc
