Sorry if its been answerd before...But.. after waiting months for virgin to increase my broadband speed ( as there was work going on in the area I am led to beleive..0 I was very happy with it reaching a dowload speed of 62 mps - however--- this past week - its is down to only 14.6 mps .Just been told this would be resolved in Feb...anyone else suffering this- I live i the Liverpoool 11 area.

I've taken a look at the high peak time traffic fault in your area and our engineers are working on this to improve bandwidth. The reference number is F004898570 and has a review date of 8th February. As this is a review date it can be subject to change due to the work that is required.
Do you get these speeds at all times of the day or just during peak hours?
Are you testing through a wired or wireless connection?
I know this is frustrating to say the least and I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
