Any tips ? I'm supposed to be getting 200mbps but most nights only getting 5 to 10 ! I can get better speeds on my EE mobile ! Fortunately only 3 months left on my contract if Virgin can't sort it out !

Sorry to hear that you're suffering with slow speeds, I know this is inconvenient.
I've taken a look and I've noticed that we're currently working on a fault in your area. The ref is: F004912737 and it's due for review on the 7th June. This kind of fault is responsible for reducing the speeds during peak time hours (evenings and weekends).
