Broadband speed issue massive change?

Hi, newish customer (November 2016) signed up for 200mb broadband and had been getting speeds of between 30-40mb (not ideal as could just downgrade to 50mb package) then started to get 200mb ish in December. Noticed it has been slow the last week or 2 and speed tests say I'm betting 6-7mb. Can't see any issues on Virgin website in my area.Same equipment, same speedtest. Any ideas what I can do or what to check next?

Update: I turned my router off for a minute and back on. I now have 120mb. Should I be doing this on a regular basis or does this help diagnose what's going on?
