I have just done a speed test on my broadband and it is 26mbps last night is was down to 7mbps.
As I have upgraded to 70mbps I thought the speed would be getting a lot faster and to date it appears to be going slower and slower, I am also having problems with the TV which I am assuming is nothing to do with the broadband.I am using a superhub do I need an upgrade????
Anyone able to advise how I can speed things up I am suppose to be on Superfibre 70 not SNALESPEED.
Really sorry to hear about the slow speeds experienced and for issues concerning the TV.
I've had a look at your account for you and I can see that there is an SNR fault raised in the area, which is known to cause intermittency with both broadband and certain television services. There is a fault ticket reference for this of F004854972 and a review set for 09/11/16.
I've sent you a private mail so that we can chat some more about this.
