I signed up for 200MB speed internet in February 2016 but never got the speed I am paying for even in non-peak hours . This February will be one year of my contract but never enjoyed my broadband.

Why virgin is charging me for the broadband where they can not provide me with the speed I am paying for.

I have tested the connection from here and I can see that you're only locking onto one upstream channel, this will explain the performance issues.
