Broadband speed RUBISH

Hi,

I signed up for 200MB speed internet in February 2016 but never got the speed I am paying for even in non-peak hours . This February will be one year of my contract but never enjoyed my broadband. 

see today's speed:

Why virgin is charging me for the broadband where they can not provide me with the speed I am paying for. 

Is there anyone who could look into this....

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with your broadband speed being slow. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested the connection from here and I can see that you're only locking onto one upstream channel, this will explain the performance issues.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
