We have been with Virgin media for over 20 years, and our broadband is slower than a snail, I can just about load a webpage, just done a speed test and we are getting 7, now we are paying 25.00 a month for 50 meg, we never ever get 50.00, thinking of going elsewhere, so sick of it, its ridiculous.
I want a refund, we are not going to keep paying 25.00 a month for **bleep** internet!!!!! sort it out.
Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing, I understand this is irritating. I'm sorry to see that we've got a fault in your area that is responsible for slow speeds, especially during peak time hours. The fault ref is: F004220906 and it's due for review on the 5th April.
